Tomas sms:ed in with news from the qualifying day of round 1 of UEM Supermono cup of 2009.
The qualifyings are driven in two separate timed practices and the combined placement in them, gives the driver his starting position in the race.
Better Time than Last Year!
In the first timed practice Tomas was 10th with a lap time 0,5 seconds better than his best time in Assen last year.
2:nd Not So Good
In the second timed practice Tomas lost a knee protection and had to stop for a new one. Once out on the track again some problems with the gears.
All in all 12th starting position in tomorrows race. Thumbs up for that!
